Schedule of Condition
We provide commercial advice regarding the preparation of a Schedule of Condition for both the landlord and tenants and negotiate on your behalf prior to any lease being entered into. We can also include a first schedule within this document which confirms the layout, fixtures and fittings etc within the property to avoid unnecessary disputes at lease expiry.
